We have a custom TeamViewer software that allows us to provide technical support from anywhere in the world! Just follow the steps below.


1. Download


Click here or by going to get.teamviewer.com/tbi-fl, to download the software. If you are running Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge make sure you click ‘yes’ at the bottom of the screen. 



2. Install Host

Once you have the installer on your computer find it in your file explorer and double click on the TeamViewer_Host_Setup.exe


Follow the prompts to install the host software. Make sure you check Company/Commercial use when prompted and Accept the Terms and Conditions.



3. Setup Unattended Access

Once the software is installed it will launch automatically and you'll need to setup unattended access. When Prompted please enter your business/company name, this is how your PC will appear in our system so please make sure it's descriptive. Create a password and share it with our tech support representative, they will use this to access your PC remotely.

Click Finish and then Allow and Finish.Temviewer host is now installed. Your PC should appear in our system automatically, but you may need to provide us with the ID shown on the home page.
